these strange rotund beasts are a locally beloved symbol of trickery, as in older legends they were known to speak but only in lies. current day research has proven this is (most likely) untrue as they don't posess the necessary organs to produce speech. others have claimed to see them perform "sick double jumps" midair, but this seems highly unlikely as well. they can jump surprisingly high though, most likely due to muscle mass in their middle section.
