fave sites
this is a little index of sites i like, both normal links and neocities buttons...! please keep in mind i am in no way affiliated with these sites - i just really like them. please to digging around at your leisure.
- transparent textures: a tiled texture generating website! handy for web and art uses!
- colorspace: nice website for colour palettes - enter a colour and it generates 25 palettes with it
- unsplash: a website for stock images. you usually have to pay for them, but if you right click copy image url on the previews... ;)
- gifcities: a collection of old web gifs
- mazeguy: huge collection of pixel smilies!
- freebackgrounds: just what it says - cute tiled backgrounds for free. some are eye strainy though!
- w3schools try html: a website for seeing how your coding looks before you actually use it. has html, css, javascript, python... etc. classes on the homepage as well!
- sadgrl online: nutso amounts of resources available on ms sadgrl's page! my personal favourites are the layout builder and the 88x31 button maker.
- kalechips' layout thrift shop: really cute and easy to use layouts!
- quickhacked' oc question generator: really interesting and helpful tool for character development!
- darkpattern: while not web or creation related, it is a helpful website for making sure you aren't engaging in gaming patterns that could hurt you in some way.
- cru's worldbuilding checklist: i literally have never made it to the end of this checklist before my eyes glazed over. that's how indepth and great it is.
